Most terms of use pages are written to be skipped, in language chosen to make sure of it. This one is written to be read, because the site behind it is small and the deal is simple. Here is what you can do with what is here, what we promise and pointedly do not, and who is responsible for what.
Short Version
- The site is free to read. There is no account to make and nothing to buy.
- The writing and screenshots are ours. You are welcome to link to them. You are not welcome to republish them wholesale as your own.
- Guides go out of date between patches. Check the date and the source before you spend anything that matters to you.
- We are not poe.ninja and not Grinding Gear Games. We cannot act on anything to do with either.
- A wrong guide is a correction, not a lawsuit. Tell us and it gets fixed in the open.

This is the clause that matters most on a guide site, so it is not buried. Everything here is a snapshot of how something worked when it was written and last checked. Path of Exile changes constantly, prices move by the hour, and interfaces get redesigned between leagues.
